For our children’s children.

Last weekend I took a short trip back to my ‘second home’, London! It felt sooo good to be back. Almost like I never left. This time I wasn’t just on a normal trip, it actually had a lot more meaning to it. In 2009 a bunch of Michael Jackson fans – who were lucky enough to know him personally – started a charity called Heal The World For Children to continue the great humanitarian work MJ used to do in his lifetime. Not long after that I joined the crew and basically became the creative director of the whole organization. By now we are a registered international children’s charity with staff and volunteers in 8 countries around the world, where we hold different events for children such as the Children’s Festival on August 29th, which is MJ’s birthday. That event took place again this year and so I spent the day volunteering and taking photo’s of the happenings. It was such an amazing day, so I just have to share some of the results here. We’ve put quite a lot of smiles on those little kids’ faces. I felt so proud to be part of something that helps our children’s children have a better future.
