The Style Tales is brought to you by Bianca – a 22 year-old photographer, writer and designer from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. To me, style is not just the clothes you pick from your wardrobe everyday. Style means drawing inspiration from everything in life and making it your own. That image you portray with it and the way you show the rest of the world. That unique part of you which doesn’t need words to be explained. That stuff you strut on the streets when you walk your way.

Style is something you wear on your skin ánd under your skin. Wherever you’ve been, wherever you are now or wherever you’re heading, the tales will tell your story.

Photography is my third eye, my way of putting life in a frame so I can always look back. The best thing about it is that these photo’s never change and that you decide for yourself what you see in it. Writing gives me the words to explain what I feel, to create stories that take you away and which makes you realize, learn and see more of yourself. Your story doesn’t have to be someone else’s story and yet can be written with the same words. Design is what makes the circle round, the satisfaction for your OCD – that I by the way am very much. Without perfectionism there’s no use of turning the page. You always get a beginning but have to make it to the end by yourself. Ofcourse my book had to start somewhere too, and I think style has always been one of the most important chapters in my life. At an early age I realized girls should become ladies and that you can’t start with ladylike behaviour soon enough. The same for boys becoming gentlemen ofcourse.
